Recent reviews

The app sometimes just won’t load. This is frustrating. And international roaming is unreliable. It’s frustrating to pay for roaming that doesn’t work even in developed European countries. I’m switching to Singtel as soon as my contract is up.

This app is buggy when logging in with a prepaid number. Sometimes it fails to accept the OTP sent by SMS - repeatedly says OTP is incorrect even after many attempts to resend a new OTP. This means customer cannot top up and therefore loses service. Terrible and frustrating custom experience. Please do better. Oh by the way, the backend that serves the App goes off line around noon on 5 Dec 2025 - Doing maintenance in the middle of the day? Unbelievable!!
