Today all of the sudden when I touch the StarHub app many many times I have been trying the screen totally nothing I don’t know what the hell with StarHub stupid company

The app is stuck at the welcoming page. Without the app, I can’t top up my mobile plan. I am going to change to another provider. It’s so ridiculous that Starhub requires customers to use their app while they can’t even make sure the app can function.
