WORKS WHERE YOU WORK

Signal is the first thing to go in a stairwell or a basement. DoorDoc doesn't depend on it. Locations you've downloaded are marked Available offline, and every edit, fault and photo is held on the device until there's a connection to upload it. Lose signal mid-inspection and you lose nothing.

A COMPLETE RECORD FOR EVERY DOOR

Capture what actually matters on a fire door: door ID and barcode, position in the building, fire rating and the evidence for it, door and frame materials, wall construction, vision panels and glazing, and ironmongery. Add a main photo of the door, and as many fault photos as the job needs.

GUIDED INSPECTIONS

Step through each component in turn — gaps, hinges, seals, signage, glass, door leaf, door closer, locks, ironmongery and frame. Mark each one Passed, Failed or N/A, choose faults from the standard list, and add notes or photos where they're needed. The overall door result is worked out for you.

ACCOUNTS

DoorDoc is used by fire-door inspection companies and their teams. Accounts are set up by your account manager — you can't create one inside the app. If your company uses DoorDoc, ask them for your sign-in details.
