Welcome to the Wavey Community!



A verified, women-only space designed to help you connect, hang out, and build real-life friendships on the Costa del Sol, Spain.

• WHAT'S HAPPENING See what's happening around you! Concerts, yoga lessons, store pop ups, you name it!

• HANGOUTS Our favourite new feature! You can now create your own events, big or small, planned or last-minute! Want to hit the beach, grab a coffee, go for a hike or host a wine night? Just set up a Hangout, and a group chat will be automatically be created for easy coordination, and you’ll be able to check out the other members who are going. You can also explore and join hangouts hosted by other members.

• CHATS Connection is key! Join chats for any event you attend, stay in the loop with the general community chat, or message other members privately. Ask for local tips, share your interests, or just say hi, it’s your space.

• PROFILES No more mystery WhatsApp group chats. Every member has a profile with a photo, short bio, and optional Instagram link, so you always know who you’re talking to. It’s the easiest way to connect with like-minded women and see who you vibe with before meeting up.

• PARTNERSHIPS Partnering with select local businesses, from coffee shops to co-working spaces, to offer exclusive discounts and benefits to our Wavey members. It’s our way of supporting the community and giving back to you for being part of it.

• GROUPS Create and join groups and chat with like-minded people in the app!

Important to Know:
We’re currently only live in the Costa del Sol, Spain. Our team is just the two of us, so while things may take time, everything is built with love and care. Every member is personally reviewed by our team, to ensure a safe, authentic, and welcoming space. We approve new members in batches, not individually as they come in. If you don’t hear back straight away, hang tight, we’ve got you in the queue, and we’ll be in touch soon!
