You put all your information in, make a profile, then it says it’ll let you know when it launches and it never does anything further. After you try to login then it goes to a blank page and even if you refresh nothing else ever happens. Don’t download this app it’s probably a scam to get your info.

You’re really just paying for access to the community. They used to put on more elevated events in the beginning, like color me mine, nail polish mixing, candle making. Now it’s devolved into low effort events, like just walking events (which I do actually like, but point still stands); movie showings (that they don’t show up to, not that they need to, but just demonstrates low effort; recycling events I see on IG and just making them into reposts on girlgroup. The book club doesn’t feature interesting books. There’s a bookmark cross stitching event at Santa Monica beach at 6p on a Thursday, like sorry I don’t live in west la, close enough even but I don’t want to fight traffic for their limited actual girlgroup events. They really put it on the community members to create events, and a lot of girls are too shy to do that - hence why they’re in girlgroup to start. Events are primarily located in west LA, and mainly Santa Monica. So there’s limited accessible events if you don’t live in West LA. So for $20/month it may not be worth it. Just get out there and make friends for free.
