Please take your own photos after dropping off paddle board. This company charged me an additional 2 hours fee after I dropped off my paddle board. I had taken and sent pictures through the app, but made the mistake of not taking my own photos on my phone. I either didn’t send it correctly through the app or it was delayed somehow. I really don’t know. I reached out to the company and they would not refund me. The only “proof” I had was a text to my husband saying I was leaving paddle boarding with a time stamp, but they would not refund me and stopped responding after I sent them a screenshot of the text. I feel foolish for not getting my own picture, but I wish the company could have looked back at their own video recording to charge me for the actual time I was using the board.
