WE ARE OK has been designed by the team at We Are Survivors as a tool to support the 1 in 6 males that experience sexual harms to be a tool on their healing journey. WE ARE OK supports your mental health through daily mood tracking and personal analytics, enabling you to identify your mental health triggers and receive support from We Are Survivors; access a wide range of resources; support and information in our Daily Resources library, designed to support your physical and mental health; take some time out or improve your sleep and a wide range of safeguarded health information. WE ARE OK is here to provide you, male survivors, people like us, with the right information; give you ideas to help you in your healing; provide you with opportunities to connect with professionals, peer supporters and with other survivors.

Provide confidential feedback to We Are Survivors to alert them to issues we may need to address. WE ARE OK feedback mechanism includes mood scores and optional individual comments. View well-being updates from the survivor-focused We Are Survivors team via the News Feeds.
