I am approaching day three of the seven day beginner program. So far, I have found the videos to be far too fast with no clear instruction on how to perform the exercise. The countdown number is blocking the person who’s doing the actual exercise by the time you can see that person clearly the workout has less than 10 seconds left. So far the app needs a lot of work.
