La app está en español pero las instrucciones frente al ejercicio y los audios de instrucción sólo están en inglés, y hay un espanglish terrible, además de que se escuchan muy mal. No se entienden.

So far so good! I love the fact that I don’t have to be flexible to start with. Every 3 days I reevaluate my flexibility. I had some issues with the app to start with, but Ben in customer service was excellent and very patient with me. I’m really happy I purchased this app
