BEWARE, when it overcharges you, you can only talk to an AI bot with customer service. What an absolutely rotten company and service. Took me 15 minutes just to get my car charging. The QR code scan doesn’t work at all so I had to ask a hotel employee how to roundabout even start it.

I'm all for EV chargers but when you start making people use an app to charge your car once in a spot you'll never be at again, that's when it gets really bad. AI customer service you gotta be ashamed of.yourself you pathetic company
