Amulet: Expressive Journal

Amulet is a journal app where you express your emotions first and describe them later. For each entry, you shape your emotions and thoughts into an amulet. We believe that journaling is not about the data you collect, but about being in the moment and connecting with yourself deeply and authentically. We built Amulet to bring your digital journal to life in your own language.

EXPRESS YOURSELF • You can change almost anything about it, including how 'pointed' it is, how round and full it is, the 'leafiness', the number of points, the color, and much more! After you've found what resonates with you, you can continue to write your journal entry and story. Describe what the amulet means to you and why you chose it.

INSPIRED BY ART THERAPY • Based on several contemporary therapeutic practices, such as story therapy, mindfulness, and art therapy, Amulet helps you capture your thoughts and emotions without needing you to find the 'perfect words'.
