Literally does not connect to the dehumidifiers and I have no idea what they are doing. When it does connect the information it gives me is useless. I truly regret buying from this company.

The old ALORAIR app would not connect anymore. I bought new WiFi boards and downloaded the Alorair-lite app. Everything connected and worked as it should for one day. Now for two days the new app won’t even open like the old app. It won’t open even the login page. Please fix your app or I’ll be looking for some other company that has WiFi dehumidifiers. My are in my crawl space and I need the WiFi to know what is going on under my house.
