Explore deeper insights such as muscle fatigue, volume by muscle group, goal progress, and long-term consistency. Use the built-in calendar to revisit past workouts and view all logged details. Set your overall training goal for personalized recommendations and configure specific exercise or bodyweight goals. FitML tracks progress automatically and, with sufficient data, estimates potential goal completion dates. Manage your gyms inside the app by marking available equipment and substitute exercises when something is unavailable. Browse the full exercise database for instructional videos (where applicable), muscle targets, equipment requirements, and exercise metadata. Create custom exercises to fill in gaps and track them alongside built-in movements. Each exercise page includes your personal history, progress graphs based on max weight, volume, or estimated 1RM, and exercises commonly paired together. Save workouts directly from completed sessions or build them manually. Routines track how many times each workout has been completed and when it was last performed.
