• How to Play * Ultimate Tic-Tac-Toe, also known as UTT or meta tic-tac-toe, is a strategic extension of the classic game. It features a 3×3 grid of smaller tic-tac-toe boards, making up a larger 3×3 grid—resulting in 81 cells in total.

• Rules of Ultimate Tic-Tac-Toe * Game Setup: The board consists of nine 3×3 tic-tac-toe grids arranged in a larger 3×3 grid. Each small grid is referred to as a "local board," and the overarching 3×3 grid is the "global board."

First Move: Player X starts and can place their mark in any of the 81 cells.

Subsequent Moves: The position of the previous move within its local board dictates the local board where the next player must play. For example, if X places a mark in the top-right cell of a local board, O must play in the top-right local board on their next turn.

Local Board Completion: If a player wins a local board by aligning three of their marks horizontally, vertically, or diagonally, they claim that board. No further moves can be made in a claimed or full local board. If a move directs a player to such a board, they may choose any other unclaimed and non-full local board for their move.

Winning the Game: A player wins the game by claiming three local boards in a row on the global board—horizontally, vertically, or diagonally. If all local boards are claimed or filled without a player achieving this, the game ends in a draw.
