I feel like for the first I’m in control not my drinking

I subscribed for a 3 month trial, used more in beginning of the trial and not at all at the end of the three months, get an email from them charging me $99 for the next three months. They say it was in the terms of service, which I don’t doubt, but they won’t refund any portion of the membership I never requested. I would have thought a little more leniency on a self help app. I am happily not drinking but not due to Calmio.
