30-SECOND FACE SCAN Hold your phone still and look at the camera. TRIGR estimates heart rate, heart-rate variability and stress from tiny colour changes in your skin. No wearable needed. These are wellness estimates, not clinical readings.

AI TRAINER Prop up your phone and train. TRIGR follows your form with on-device pose tracking, counts your reps, times your holds, calls out corrections and coaches you through the set out loud. 17 exercises across cardio, upper body, lower body and core. The video stays on your phone.
