There needs to be an alternative if the app isn’t working. It’s so annoying that I have to tell them my phone number everytime I go. I’ve been going for months and it’s still unable to log me in. I put the reset password as well and even then I don’t receive the email! Frustrating.

I have contacted trufit about this issue, I cannot login to my account at all and tired of asking front desk to check me in. I decided to cancel my gym membership
