User Reviews

I’ve been using this app for a little while, and it’s been surprisingly helpful. I really like how simple and user-friendly it is, and the design feels clean and motivating. Seeing my progress over time makes me want to keep going, and it’s nice to actually feel a sense of accomplishment as I stick to my goals.

Interesting app and study! Most people have habits they’d like to let go of, but the usual approaches aren’t convenient, so it’s easy to give up. This app makes it easier to stay consistent. There’s a bit of confusion at first while learning how it works, but once you get the hang of it, it’s very easy to track your progress.✨

I have ADHD and struggle with impulse control. I’ve been using this app for a couple days and do find it helpful. Also, I have found a few minor issues. First, the app takes too long to open. I’m often waiting 30 seconds or more and when you have ADHD that’s enough time to decided it’s not worth it. Next, in the stats view there isn’t any data on “activity” correlation. Lastly, I’d wish it would prompt for activity when logging. Instead I have to go to history and add it afterwords. Overall, it’s a good app that I hope they keep developing. I’m not sure how they are offering it for free.
