I am incredibly proud of what we built with OptinBuilder. We created it because we saw how hard it can be for technicians to take everything they’ve learned during a conversation with a customer and turn it into clear, relevant choices. Yes, option builder can build multiple options in seconds, and I love that. But what I most proud of is what happens before that. It helps technicians listen differently, understand what matters most to the customer, and then use that information to communicate solutions that actually make sense for them. We’ve continued to improve the app based on what we hear from the people using it every day, and seeing technicians become more confident communicators because of something we created has been incredibly rewarding. I’m excited about where OptionBuilder is today, but even more excited about where we’re taking it.

This saves me so much time. About 20 minutes a call and not only creates 6 options on my estimate, but the observation is better than anything I could have came up with on my own.
