Employee Information App

The Employee App provides a comprehensive platform for staff to manage and access important workplace services directly from their mobile device. Each module is represented with an intuitive icon and is designed to streamline communication, enhance transparency, and support employee self-service.

Home screen shows in Hospital Information and Hospital Services viewed

The Doctor screen shows the list of doctors, in which the doctor's name, his specialisation and his photo are shown. There is also a search filter in which the doctor can be searched by name and specialisation.

Card type and card benefits can be seen in the healthcare card screen. There are three types of cards, my family card, my partner card and my VIP card. in card benefits like (i.e. Free OPD Consultations for all registered family members for one year. Free Ambulance Services for critical patients of the family. Free Emergency Consultations via a dedicated helpline etc...)

Attendance screen Employee Track daily check-ins, check-outs, and view monthly attendance records.

Leave screen Employee Apply for leave, view balances, and check in approval pending and cancel status.

OverTime Screen If an employee works overtime then he can see his overtime working hours

Salary screen Employee can see his salary

PF screen Employee can see his PF dedication amount

TDS screen Employee can see his TDS dedication amount .

ESI screen Employee can see his ESI dedication amount .

PT screen Employee can see his PT dedication amount .

Advance screen Employee can seen advance amount.

Increment screen Employee can see his increment

Current Shift screen Employee View your assigned shift, timing, and current availability.

Incident screen Employee can Report workplace incidents with relevant details incident report form for investigation.

Grievance screen Employee can Lodge workplace grievances securely

Security screen If the employee has a security amount, then the employee can view the details and amount in the security screen
