You cannot view client appts that aren’t just your own, like there’s no option to view upcoming appointments it in a client’s chart. I’m in the field and I literally have a client wanting to know when his next doctor’s appt is and I have no way to provide that. You also cannot view any existing notes. You can see they’re there, you can click them, but it takes you to a blank page with “Dée” in tiny font in the top left forward.
