Club Car Wash

Club are wash has a thing with there app where you can’t cancel your membership unless it’s being renewed I was trying to cancel my membership and they charged my card 35 $ and when I Went ti cancel it would not show me what membership I had so then I thought I didn’t have it anymore because it was not popping up and then randomly it charged me this morning all they do is try to prevent tit from ever trying to Leave them I am never Going to use club car wash ever again

I can’t even create an account. After entering my phone number and creating a password the “sign up” button is non-functional. Followed password guidelines, reset app. Garbage. Guess I’ll just cancel my subscription the old fashioned way and find another carwash.
