This app is the Voice Output Communication Aid (VOCA) app for Japanese. It allows people with speech difficulties to select text and output audio to communicate their intentions.

This app supports two voice output modes: canned text and custom.

Preset: You can output audio from pre-prepared text. Custom: You can output audio from text you enter yourself. Registered text can be saved.

Voice data for Male: Hattori, Otoya If both are available, Hattori will be used. If Hattori does not exist, Otoya will be used. Voice data for female: O-ren, Kyoko If both exist, O-ren will be used. If O-ren does not exist, Kyoko will be used.

If the corresponding voice data does not exist on your device, this app will not speak. Please download one of them.
