VP.NET VPN

So I bought this basically because james li recommended the app. It worked great for about a month and now it just hangs and locks forever. Every single VPN source is snail slow and they only have like three. definitely not ready for primetime and I would avoid as it will not provide you VPN service it will just slow down everything to the point of nothing working so what’s the point after that?

Worked fine in the beginning, then it was a constant struggle. Websites wouldn’t open or keep loading. I would manually switch locations but that didn’t help. I contacted the support team by opening a new ticket and complaining on March 2026. It was supposed to be fixed, but I still had problems. The replies from the team were taking forever stating they are working on fixing the problem. I had 4 tickets open and 2 changed to resolved, but it wasn’t resolved. I was being postponed with the replies I guess to stop me from getting my refund. I purchased the 36 months membership for $199.95 on 08/23/2025, but so what, it didn’t really work. It worked for the first 5 months and since January 2026 I struggled until March, resetting my phone constantly, resetting my network, airplane on and off, because I thought it was my phone’s problem, until I figured it out and contacted the support team. You can only contact them by creating a ticket, and it’s up to them if they answer you. Since June 20th I’m still waiting for a reply about a refund. Do not purchase better deals, go by month, you won’t hear from them and you lose your money.
