Can’t afford nor do I want to upgrade to a new ipad. Please VirtualShield Programing Team fit us geezers in. This VPN has been FANTASTIC, but now it’s hit and miss if the device operating system is before OS version 16.0.0 Somehow keep the program updates viable for your dear old fans. I requested cancellation in November 2025, and was ignored/rebilled for another 2 years. I was told today in their live chat with most likely a n AI robot that I will not be billed again. I could have used the money they sneakily got from me to buy groceries for my own family, and not theirs.
