This app is always glitching. It will say there’s no money in there. When I reach out they do get back to me quickly to fix the issue but it doesn’t feel safe. Recently it’s asking me to verify my identity by adding my current license. But the camera wasn’t working. I reached out and said wanted to move my money and I was unhappy with the app. They said it would be resolved. For some reason now it won’t let me take my money out, super sketch I wouldn’t use especially for large quantities of money

2/22/26 - account fixed. Everything works. Wish APY was closer where advertised. It’s at 4.4% which is same as a HYSA. I’d like to use this app but can’t get past the verification process. I’ve emailed twice with no response back.

I got this app a few weeks ago and it was working fine. For the past week or two I go on the app and it just keeps loading and eventually turns off. Is anyone else having this problem?
