Mementum is a six-week self-guided program designed by healthcare professionals and patients that provides:

1. Education on how normal memory works
2. Training on how to re-direct attention to important tasks;
3. Development of new habits and cognitive strategies to build confidence and control over cognitive symptoms
4. Improvement of self-efficacy so you recover based on your own needs

The core modules of the app are based in cognitive behavioural therapy, but it also includes mindfulness and cognitive rehabilitation strategies.

The programme was developed with patients’ input to meet their main needs and can be tailored to your symptoms.

It can be completed in your own time and place, over just six weeks.
