Five Lives Care is a self-guided evidence-based program using cognitive training games and physical activity to support memory and autonomy in people 60+.

The app is undergoing a study with leading memory centres in the United Kingdom and France.

What you’ll get:

• Daily simple 30-minute session
• Science-backed brain games
• Gentle physical activity videos
• Optional reminders to build a daily habit
• Optional educational guides and breathing exercises

How it works:

1. Complete daily physical activity (balance, stretching, or cardio)
2. Train with memory, mental agility, attention, or language games
3. Track your progress as your scores improve over time
