Patient-Empower is an app developed by several Professors of Medicine to help patients find the clinical trial that best meets their personal needs.

It provides plain-language summaries of each trial relevant to the patient’s condition, connects patients with trial site and sponsor staff, identifies leading global experts in the condition, and facilitates support from family, friends, and local healthcare providers.

The app also suggests important questions to ask research teams before giving consent and keeps patients informed of new findings and discoveries related to their condition.
