SeedTin: Veg Garden Planner

New in 2.0: monthly jobs for the veg patch, a log of what you've planted with harvest dates, and gentle reminders when it's time to sow.

SeedTin is a month-by-month veg growing guide for UK gardeners. Open it to see what to sow, plant and harvest this month, which jobs need doing on the plot, and how everything you've already planted is getting on.

What to grow, and when • Pick any month to see what to sow indoors, sow outdoors, plant out and harvest • 51 vegetables, from beetroot to Brussels sprouts, each with a clear, no-fuss growing guide • Sowing, planting and harvesting windows for each crop on one calendar • Spacing, hardiness, seed-to-harvest time and popular varieties for every crop • Search by name, or browse by group: brassicas, alliums, root crops, legumes and more

Jobs for every month • A seasonal to-do list for the veg patch, month by month • Tick jobs off, see which ones are your last chance, and get ahead on next month

Keep track of what you've planted • Log each sowing with a date and a note, and backdate if you forgot • See when each planting should be ready, so every succession sowing gets its own harvest date • Keep a year-by-year record of everything you've grown

Gentle reminders • Optional reminders for when it's time to sow, when a window is about to close, and when crops are ready • Grouped together, so you won't get a separate ping for every crop

Your lists • Favourite crops and build lists for this year's seed order • Favourites, lists, jobs and plantings sync across your devices with iCloud

No jargon. No fluff. Just what to do on the veg patch, and when.

Perfect for: • New growers learning the ropes • Busy gardeners who want a quick guide • Allotment holders planning a year of crops
