It’s so obvious from the dashes, robotic formality, and phrases much of the written content is AI. I was willing to look past that. But the very function it promotes, you have to pay for itself. The no contact tracker. At this point, use a fasting app or your regular stopwatch.

This app offers no help other tracking the days, it’s not worth the money, they expect you to talk to yourself and figure it all out, what if someone was suicidal over a break up?
