Has been really therapeutic to have access to this 24/7. So many language options. I’ve been using the call mode. I love the artwork. I recommended it to so many people.

I started journaling this year for the first time and tried another, more popular conversational AI journaling app before this. It helped me vent, but after a while it felt like I was just going in circles and not actually growing. I didn’t want an echo chamber; I wanted something that would help me become better. Mindsera does that. It helps me understand my thinking, recognize patterns, and actually shift my mindset. I still feel heard, but now I also feel challenged in a good way. It’s been especially useful before my next therapy session because I’m still doing the work instead of waiting for the appointment. This is the first time journaling has felt productive, not just emotional. I mostly use the website on my iPad and barely use the app on my phone, but I hope there are plans for a dedicated iPad app, since it would be much more convenient to just open the app and type there on my iPad with my Magic Keyboard.
