The synergEV App uses location-based services to help drivers find, access, and securely pay for charging. Drivers can search for and locate charging stations by location, station ID, availability, power level, and accessibility. Start charge sessions by scanning QR codes or entering the station ID, and monitor sessions in real time with notifications when charging completes. Features include secure payments, the ability to favorite convenient locations, email receipts, a history of past sessions, and reporting of any abusive use.
