I really like the concept of Jeani and the focus on joint health and movement readiness. However, I'm currently unable to sync my Garmin device. The app shows Garmin as connected, but Garmin Connect does not list Jeani under Connected Apps, and the sync never completes. There is also no visible support contact in the app or on the website, which makes it difficult to resolve technical issues. I would appreciate support assistance to reset the Garmin connection so I can continue using the app.
