NBalance is a boutique health and wellness center that applies a holistic approach to fitness using state of the art equipment and guided by highly trained instructors. Our mission is to maintain a therapeutic space that fosters connection, healing, empowerment, and transformation so that our clients can navigate life with confidence and resilience.

NBalance offers a multitude of class modalities, including yoga (infrared heated and non-heated), TRX, functional fitness, and SPIN classes, as well as private and semi-private classes. By combining flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular training, we are able to integrate the mind, body, spirit approach under one roof. We understand that one size does not fit all and that’s why the adaptability of our program is so unique. We also have a Salt Lounge to unwind in and to receive the respiratory benefits from halotherapy.
