Can I give zero stars??? Is this app a scam???

First thing, it doesn’t integrate with Apple CarPlay. It would have been nice to have the map populate on the existing monitor in the car. Tried this to help with my daughters and it took us through streets with potholes large enough to drop a car inside of. Part of the route directed us to a street that ends at a creek and said a road existed there. When we tried to drive back to route it got me completely lost.
