User Reviews

The app aims to provide real DMV routes and practice paths, and can help with familiarization and confidence. However, repeated issues with inaccurate routes, unreliable GPS, a costly subscription with limited DMV access, starting-location constraints, and incomplete regional coverage overshadow the potential benefits.
Pros
  • Provides DMV/test center routes for practice across multiple locations.
  • Helps users familiarize and practice the actual test routes before the DMV exam.
  • Easy-to-follow navigation/turn-by-turn guidance (when the feature works).
  • Some users report it can save time and money by allowing pre-test practice.
Cons
  • Routes are often inaccurate or not aligned with real DMV routes, sometimes leading to dead ends or private driveways.
  • GPS/navigation is unreliable: may not move you along the path, fails to update when you miss turns, or reports being out of the area.
  • Expensive subscription model with limited access (often only one DMV) and unclear value.
  • Starting location issues: must be near the starting point and cannot easily change the DMV location; recalibration problems.
  • Not all DMVs/regions are supported; many centers are missing or not applicable to the user's area.
Recent reviews
They do not honor the cancelation of a subscription within the first 7 days of the free trial and charged me despite I had canceled earlier and it even said that the subscription is canceled and would end today. They charged me for the next month regardless. This is fraudulent, stay away!

Very helpful

This app offered 5 routes for our dmv. We started with number 1, “most popular” and it took us on some really weird side streets that were very narrow and difficult to navigate. I doubt the dmv would go this way. We tried the second one and it had us make a very dangerous right turn and then move over three lanes in about 20 feet to make a left at a very busy intersection. Again, no one in their right mind would attempt this with regular traffic. It then continued again on some tiny side streets and the en wanted us to make a left turn onto a busy street where there was actually a median and we could not physically turn left. At that point I closed the app and just used my common sense to create a reasonable route. The other three routes available did look more reasonable which is why I gave it 2 stars. It’s clear a human has not actually looked over these routes.
