WHAT IS SONAR FIT Sonar Fit is a next-generation strength training app designed for iPhone and Apple Watch. It uses real-time motion data and machine learning to automatically detect your reps, sets, and rest periods — hands-free.

Whether you’re doing squats, deadlifts, presses, or curls, Sonar Fit recognizes your movements and keeps track of your workout without needing to tap your watch or phone. It even uses your AirPods Pro (2nd Gen or newer) for head-motion tracking if you’re not wearing your watch.
