User Reviews

Users praise Microgram for its clean design, fast logging via barcode or AI scan, and strong micronutrient tracking with USDA data, which is especially helpful for meeting daily targets and pregnancy needs. Overall, the app excels at nutrient tracking but stability and customization flow need improvement.

The fact it’s a paid feature is silly. Being able to add things to the database seems both productive and beneficial to the app and its user base. You should allow free users to modify and add to the database. Otherwise you’re asking people to pay to contribute to your apps data! If you’re not going to update it and contribute yourselves as developers, why bottleneck your own data that you’d receive from free users?

I do like this app however I am getting a strange occurrence when I am going from logged review and edit portion… the app gets stuck in transition and continues circling until I have to delete the app and re- boot… there is no way around it and I cannot do anything else with my phone until I delete…. Sad when you pay money for something and glitch turns you off of it.

This isn’t my first nutrient app, and it’s way harder than others I’ve used. It’s SLOW, so entering foods involves several long seconds of waiting for analysis EVERY TIME, even for items I’ve logged several times. It gets serving sizes wrong daily. I can’t find a simple way to add recipes I’ve made myself so I don’t have to log all the ingredients every time—it seems to prefer that I eat packaged foods only. It hears me say “Jif peanut butter” and then gives me nutritional data for a peanut butter and jelly spread instead. I could go on and on. I’m not happy. I do like how easy it is to see my daily progress towards nutrient goals, especially because I need a specific amount of potassium daily, but so far that’s all I like.
