The LMcare app is your personal tool throughout your treatment. Everything you need to stay organized, keep in touch, and monitor your progress is in one place.

At LMcare, your treatment is fully online. You’ll usually meet with your psychologist 2 to 3 times per week via video call. This intensive approach – our FIT-method® – helps you make real progress in a short amount of time. The app supports you throughout this process in a clear and practical way.

You’ll start using the app once your treatment with LMcare begins. It helps you stay connected with your psychologist and gives you an easy overview of everything – wherever you are.

LMcare provides treatment for adults experiencing mental health issues such as anxiety, panic, depression, and trauma-related symptoms. Most treatment programs last around 4 months. The app helps you stay on track during that time.
