I’ve had this app since they provided my directors with a discounted code. I tried to use it at the AANA annual conference and the app refused to load. Whenever I opened it, it only displayed a blank screen. I tried deleting the app and redownloading it, however, I am still getting a blank screen when I open the app and I’m concerned that I have now lost my subscription.

With this latest update and increase in subscription price, I expected a better user experience. On the mobile app, you are kicked out of the topic you were on after each lesson. You have to physically go back to browse and find the topic again. Also the lack of a search or "last topic used" feature is disappointing. I've been using Ollivate for over 8 months.
