• Demo module (free access) It combines 4 on-court and 1 off-court drill from different modules so you can see for yourself how easily you can blend them into your coaching routine with the juniors.

ON-COURT DRILLS The on-court mental coaching lessons combine physical and mental training so you can teach players vital mental skills while having regular tennis-specific physical practice.

OFF-COURT DRILLS These drills are great for off-court discussion, self-reflective exercises, or practicing visualizations. In addition to some off-court drills, you receive printable materials that you can add to your players’ files.

3D VISUALIZATIONS All the on-court mental coaching tennis lessons are visualized with 3D animations that show the tennis court, players' positioning for the respective drill, and the drill itself in 360 degrees. In addition, you have info cards with instructions, audio cues, and step-by-step guidance on how to get the most out of each drill.
