NOTE: for the wake-up light, press Sleep before bed and leave Glow Alarm open on the Sleep screen overnight. You can customize this screen and use Sleep Screen Blackout to keep it dark until the light sequence starts. If your iPhone accidentally locks overnight, the alarm will still sound but you will not get the light.
