I bought the full game but it just froze on the loading screen and won’t unlock the full game after charging me

Game reminds me of others, not going to say names. As this brought me back to the survivor games I played as a kid. It also threw me out of it with ads every minute or two. Could I purchase the game? Yes, will I? No. It’s almost a bully approach to make $3.99. It’s honestly sad. I would have bought the game for the new maps. The ads made me delete it and find something else to pass time. Good luck!
