BASIC PLAN Personalized periodization + intervals (fully automatic) No tests are required; calculations are based just on data entered by the user. For those who want to manage their training load in the easiest way possible. They’ll know the ideal session time, calorie consumption, and have target zones to follow+ intervals for each cycling session. Load and deload weeks are automatically set according to individual goals. A fully automated plan with user-software interaction.

PLUS PLAN Test + personalized periodization + intervals (fully automatic) Similar to the Basic plan but with an added technological step: filed test on the bike (1’-3’-5’-12’). It will provide ideal ideal session time, calorie consumption, and have target zones to follow + intervals for each cycling session, helping users optimize their preparation to achieve their goals. This fully automated plan includes personalized load and deload weeks based on individual objectives, offering seamless user-software interaction for enhanced performance tracking.

COACH PLAN Detailed training plan creator + periodization and analysis tools (unlimited athletes) Advantages of the Coach Plan Automatic Training Load Management: RightRide provides optimal training duration and volume for each athlete, ensuring a balanced and personalized plan. Advanced Monitoring and Analysis: Access performance data for each athlete and easily analyze session outcomes, adjusting training plans in real-time. Testing Protocols and Training Zones: With integrated testing protocols, you can set and automatically update training zones based on athlete progress.
