I had only been in Nashville for six months before joining my RealRoots group, and I was able to go to seven different places I had never been before and now I have eight new friends to call upon to explore the city with!

I made a great group of friends through this app. I wish they would follow their espoused values and hire people instead of using AI. Realroots is supposed to be about building community but they are highly dependent on AI which uses data centers and water that destroys them. If they just paid people they would find better spots for groups to go and they would have a more functional app. They also decreased pay for all Seattle area guides because “the cost of living has gone down” which is blatantly not true. Hopefully a competitor comes out soon that is better!!
