NATIX VX360 Companion

I’ve had my device for several months now that I use in my 2026 model Y Tesla and I drive for work which means I record 40+ gigabytes of usable data a day. With that amount of data upload, my device is always playing catch-up, so I’m recording data on top of data on top of data. I accumulate a lot of points, which really don’t amount to anything and mostly just feels game’ish. After the first month of usage, I didn’t earn much cryptocurrency…it was less than $.10 for 30 days of uploaded data. But now I can’t even log into my account on the app. Every time I try, it says username or password not found. I tried to re-register my device and it says this account already exists so I basically have a $400 paperweight. I don’t even think I can access the recordings if I needed them for a security reason. Wish I could get my money back, there is no way to make contact with the right people at the company.

After the latest update, which I was emailed about, the app and device are working much more reliably. I have more than earned my investment back and I don’t really have to keep the app open for it to work.

People are talking so badly about it when I’ve gotten it to work pretty well I would say the one thing is my bonus credits I haven’t got yet but that’s all so far they have even been very helpful
