The combination of breath work and Postural Restoration techniques stands out, helping with pain relief and movement quality. The weekly calendar format delivers short, home-based workouts (about 30–35 minutes) that fit busy schedules, while maintaining progression and variety. The community is supportive, and Lauren is highly responsive. Overall, it’s seen as a sustainable, long-term path to strength without aggravating the body.

I’ve been using loa while traveling. My body was feeling inflamed, tight, stressed, and loa within the first week reduced so many stress markers. I love how my energy improved and my overall connection to my body; coordination, breath, aliveness. This is a workout platform that will truly have you feeling good physically all over. They’re just the right amount of challenge to feel like I’m getting stronger and more connected to myself in a format I can stick to.

I have been using the Loa Movement app for about 2 months. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and needed a strength training app that gave me a strong workout but didn't ruin my joints. I have officially found the app for me! The weekly program has a really solid structure to work all of they key muscles. I will be a subscriber for life. The movements are explained beyond just a visual. You get an understanding of how the human body / anatomy works to really get deep into each muscle correctly and maintain proper form. Highly recommend to anyone interested in an injury free - strength based program!! In just 2 short months, I can do more reps now than I could when I started which is significant progress for me.
