Stride Mental Health

The Stride app is designed for people accessing our mental health services. It is provided alongside the support you receive from our mental health team.

With the Stride app you can: • access the Optimal Health Program which is an evidence-based program that aims to improve mental and physical wellbeing, • monitor your mood, and • access mindfulness resources.

Please note that to access programs on the Stride app, you'll need to be added by your mental health worker.
