My points never go on the app!!! App is the worst, I have to go to my text messages to see my points!!!

This app is not working. I downloaded this app before going to Aruba. I attempted to create an account twice. It keeps stating there is no user found. This was in March now it’s April 4. I attempted to create another account. It still says the same. However, I’m receiving notifications about double points Tuesday.
