Recent reviews

The app wants you to check in with the server when they come to take the order and they don’t have anything to scan the barcode. ItIt took three times scanning the receipt to get the app to recognize the correct barcode. Only print or barcode on the receipt or go back to having the server enter our numbers.

I honestly don’t understand why it’s so difficult for the app to be do inconsistent with rewards/scanning receipts/applying using previous earned rewards. Apparently during my visit the system was down couldn’t even add an offer or earn my points … just frustrating overall.

I love Fridays for their Whiskey-Glaze anything but the app is quite possibly the less friendly user interface I’ve ever encountered in an app. Almost every other screen asks you to login in the your account again and it often just crashes in general. A better UI would be greatly appreciated!
